The last four days I have been trying to heal my gut after a severe food reaction. It feels horrible to be in pain but fantastic to know I can heal myself by eating the right foods. Tonight I really just wanted Dairy Queen but that isn’t on my list of safe foods right now, so I made this recipe from Against All Grain.
Try it with coconut milk, and I used unsweetened cocoa powder. Go with dates vs. honey. Just my opinion. And the secret to getting kids to eat this? Act like you normally would with something deliciously naughty. Don’t be too eager to share. Kids can smell desperation like a Norwex’er can smell the laundry aisle when walking into a Target. 😉
